SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the PRAXIS text messaging program for ContractorStrong inquiries.
Program description
PRAXIS may send automated text messages to the mobile number you provide after you actively opt in through our website form. Messages may include responses to consultation requests, appointment reminders, and relevant ContractorStrong programs and offers.
Your consent
By selecting the unchecked SMS consent checkbox and submitting the form, you expressly agree to receive automated text messages from PRAXIS at the number provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to enroll the mobile number provided.
Message frequency and charges
You will receive up to 7 messages per month. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out or get help
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any PRAXIS message. You may receive one additional message confirming your opt-out. For help, reply HELP. You may also contact us through our consultation request form.
Supported carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and may not be available in all areas or at all times.
Privacy
Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to these terms
ContractorStrong may update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Your continued participation in the messaging program after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
